Q1: How do I know if my device has Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ technology?

Q2: Can it charge iPhone?
A: it can work with iPhone. But only in regular speed.
Q3: My device doesn't have Quick Charge 2.0. Is there a way I can get it?
Q4: My smartphone came with a Quick Charge 2.0 certified wall charger in the box. Can I also use an adapter from another manufacturer to charge?
A: Look for the Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 logo. Only accessories that pass UL certification can use the Quick Charge logo, since they’ve been tested for compatibility and interoperability. Any Quick Charge 2.0 certified adapter can rapidly charge any device that has Quick Charge 2.0 enabled.
Q5: Can this charge be used world wide? Does the plug be used in Germany/Italy/…?
A:Our quick charge 2.0 chargers are capable of different plugs standard, if you find the plug is not compatible with your socket, you need to use switching adaptor which has the Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 logo.
Q6: Can Quick Charge hurt my smartphone's battery?
Device manufacturers build smartphones with a specific battery that can accept a specific level of charge. The battery size and maximum current of each battery are design decisions made by the manufacturer and can vary from smartphone to smartphone, tablet to tablet and so on.
However, traditional battery charging technology does not come close to the full power requirements of today’s large batteries. Quick Charge 2.0 is designed to allow device manufacturers to achieve the full rated capability of the batteries they choose while still meeting the performance and safety standards set by the battery manufacturer.
Q7: Would this charger work with 220-240V?
A: Yes, 90-260V is all acceptable
Q8: Does it matter what type of charging cable is used with a Quick Charge 2.0 adapter?
Quick Charge 2.0 high-voltage operation is designed to minimize charging issues associated with long or thin cables, allowing for a superior charging experience, independent of cable type.
The regular USB cable can work with the charger, but to get the fastest charging speed, we recommend you using our special USB cable, as it is specially designed to take the high voltage and current.
