I am using this device form January 2022, this is the worst device of my life.Automatic disconnecting problem occured While using this device.tron smart never give good customer support, you receive only auto generated reply.

The usability is extraordinary, great, superb. Comfortable necklace, never dropped out from your ear when you turn around your head. Magnetic lock for the earphone is a must have. This design is the most comfortable and practical design I was working with.

But the headset is constantly freezes. Always when switching between phone bluetooth mode and sound bluetooth mode. You need to hard reset the headphone each time. I have tried it with different phones, and it is the same.

Next issue is that there is no MUTE function on the control board. It would be needed.

Maybe another magic key-combination would be good to switch between linked bluetooth devices.

The Tronsmart Bluetooth headphones were bought as a gift to Nicolaus. I am pleasantly surprised by how easy the coupling with the smartphone works and how good the sound is. Even when telephoning the quality is very good. You hear the other person very well and your own voice is received by the other side as clear and clear. The music also sounds very good and on the whole, it is a clear buy recommendation from me!

The sound through the Bluetooth is pretty nice. I had cheap and very expensive earphones, and I can say that they have a well-defined sound profile for music and speech. I listened to music by The XX, Sara Bareilles, The Civil Wars, Train, The Fray, and Colbie Caillat. (And with this playlist, one of my daughters just did Home Alone's "YES!" Fist pump, while the other one just rolled her eyes and shook her head.) Good sound when talking on the phone with a simple two-button control (One is a switch for +/- volume, the other a push-button to turn on / off with a long press, start/stop play with a short press of a button.) I could not call the buttons to call Siri, but when I press with Siri listened to the key on the phone and answered via the headphones.

I was looking for a Bluetooth headset that offers a very long backup time and better sound quality. As a sportsman, a Bluetooth headset makes life more enjoyable. I already had another Bluetooth headset, but I had problems with falling or came out while cycling and running.
Thus, all problems with this headphone could be solved easily. I would say it is the best product in this price range (less than 20 €). It's a battery backup that is used for music almost 15 to 18 hours continuously. I did not check too much on the phone, but I would say a very good sound quality during a call (no noise, pure and clear sound), even up to a range of 8 to 9 meters.
Finally, it comes with very good packaging, so you can give it to someone. It looks like very expensive items :).

I had the ironing headphone a few times with his studio and I'm really excited.
Actually, I'm not a Bluetooth fan because I cannot have straps on my ear. This one has a neckband and sufficient length on the earplug cables. that they do not fall out of the ear when "stepping" on the cross trainer.
The sound quality is really good for such a small thing and a full charge is quite enough for a long studio visit. However, you have to stay near the cell phone. If you move farther than 5 meters from the unit, there will be interference.

Very happy with these headphones, they are light and comfortable and they work for a long time after charging. The range doesn't seem all that great - greater than 10mts from the source of music and they begin to break up so that lost them the final star.

So far so good. Excellent sound quality, very easy pairing with all my devices.
Build quality is good.
Have used daily for a few hours since they arrived over a week ago and still on the first charge.
The earbud cable lengths can be varied which is an added bonus

The product was a gift for my husband. He previously used cheap headphones and these were a present. He said the sound quality was really good and they were very comfortable. Recharge really quickly also. The reason for 4 stars is I do not think they last for 24 hours, possibly 20ish on a full charge, but still really good for the price. Would definitely recommend.

I'm really excited about these headphones. These were delivered very fast and flawless. My old standard headphones were not fun. I was looking for a device with Bluetooth and good sound.
Primarily I wanted this for the media playback, but also for telephoning these are optimally suited. The noise canceling works great and the voice quality is convincing.
The sound is absolutely outstanding, full, powerful and yet balanced and clear, I did not expect that at this price. The comfort is very good, even after a very long time, you do not notice it at all and yet they are stuck and do not wobble. Also, a small bag was included, perfect for longer business trips.
I can, therefore, recommend these headphones without restriction, the workmanship and quality are in this price segment at the forefront, for me a clear price-performance winner.

I am a serial killer of headphones as I'll drop them and they get caught around my wheelchair wheel and rip.
So I saw these with the neck bit and I thought I would give them a go.
They wrap nicely around the neck and fit nicely in my ears. The fact the earbuds are also magnetic double secure them when I'm not using them which is even better.
The quality is clear and volume is good these are good headphones for sure.

Extremely comfortable earphones which deliver superior sound and in both the treble and bass range. The support band really helped me when working out in the gym and running. Very reasonably priced and would recommend.

I have used some other models of Tronsmart and quite happy with sound quality. However, this model above my expectations since the battery life much more better than any other Bluetooth earphones.

I am very happy with it. It is more than I expected it to be. The packaging is good, and I was surprised when I opened it that it has extra silicone ear covers with it. The sound is good as well, and it looks really, really posh. Good buy and happy to have bought it.

The vibration motor inside to let you know if the device is on or off is super powerful. No way in hell you will miss it.
Super handy battery icon next to the Bluetooth connection icon that lets you know how much battery you have left. Awesome stuff

The bass is overwhelming, extremely so. Probably OK for most people, I just prefer a balanced sound.
The microphone is good quality but when you move around or even slightly touch the casing you hear a definitive 'drum' sound. I'm guessing the vibrations are coming through the plastic casing and into the mic. I can't imagine holding a conversation when running.
I'd really like the company to address these issues in the next model since otherwise, they have a really solid device but for the price point it's really hard to complain. It beats some £100+ wireless earbuds.

Really like these headphones. Sounds quality is good and they stay in my ear even when running.
I thought I wouldn’t like the thing that goes around the neck however it provides much more stability with the headphones which I like.
They also connect instantly to my phone, unlike my previous headphones which took a good 10 seconds. It means I can listen to my banging tunes faster!
Charge time also lasts ages and I didn’t have to charge them until after 3 days of use!

It has a quick and easy connection. The headset itself is very comfortable. Using a neckband design, there is no falling and fixed well in my ear. Really happy with the service and quality of the product. Great sound!

I purchased these earphones because I use to use earbuds when I go for a run or in the gym and I use to fear that they will fall out as I could feel them move. I’ve used these today and they are really good great sound quality and really loud if you go to the max as they are wired, I don’t fear them falling out as they won’t go far. Another plus point they have controls.

I bought these headphones as a replacement for the wired headphones. These look very trendy pup out the excellent sound with a very rich bass effect. These seem to be very well designed and have a very premium look to them as well. They are is priced at a bargain and good value for money in comparison to the cost. They came nicely packaged.

I'm not an audiophile so I can't really speak to sound quality, but to me, they sound great. Just as good as any other headphones I have ever had, and better than most.

Great headphones for those who have small ears/ear canals! I have had the hardest time finding earbuds that would stay in my ears at all especially when working out and I need my music to work out!
