Do I need a Tronsmart product to participate?

No.
Your “Matchday Mate” can be:
Family, friends, or pets
Snacks, decorations, or matchday essentials
Tronsmart products
Anything that makes your matchday special
*Your content can be pre-match preparations, matchday moments, or post-match celebrations.

How many times can I participate?

You may participate multiple times during the campaign period, as long as each post is public, original, relevant to the event theme, and follows the campaign rules.

Can I post the same content on multiple platforms?

Yes.
You may post the same content on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
However, duplicate or repeated posts on the same platform may not be counted more than once.

What are the prizes?

How are winners selected?

Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries that follow the campaign rules and match the event theme.
*Posting for more valid entries can increase your chances of winning.
*Any form of fraudulent activity, including fake engagement, artificial traffic, spam, duplicate accounts, or stolen content, may result in disqualification.
*By participating, entrants grant Tronsmart the right to repost and feature submitted content on its official channels for campaign-related purposes.

What makes a post valid?

To qualify, your post must follow the campaign steps, be public, include the hashtag #MiCompaTronsmart, tag 3 friends, and match the event theme.
*Posts published ONLY in Facebook Groups will not qualify as valid entries. However, participants are welcome to share or repost their eligible entry in Facebook Groups to join the conversation and connect with other Tronsmart lovers. Please note that Group posts will not count as separate entries.
*Please keep your content original, relevant, matchday-themed and accessible until the winners are announced. Duplicate, reposted, or minimally modified content may be deemed invalid.

What is the event period?

The campaign runs from May 27th, 2026 (UTC+8) to July 10th, 2026 (UTC+8).
There will be 3 participation rounds, and winners will be announced according to the campaign schedule shown on this page.

How will I know if I win?

1. Tronsmart's official social media accounts will announce the winners and tag them.
2. Winners will also be listed on this event page starting from June 18th.

How do I claim my prize?

Winners must contact Tronsmart via direct message within 7 days after receiving the notification.
Failure to respond within 7 days will be considered a forfeiture.

Which countries or regions can participate?

This event is open worldwide where shipping is supported. Participants must be 18 or above.
*Due to shipping constraints and local delivery restrictions, prize delivery may not be available in some countries or regions.

Who covers shipping and customs fees?

Tronsmart covers shipping costs for prize delivery.
*If customs duties apply in your country or region, winners will be responsible for the fees. We will confirm with winners before shipping to avoid packages being rejected or destroyed by customs due to unpaid duties.
