1. What should I do if I experience discomfort when wearing for a long time?
Try different sizes of ear tips and rotate the earbuds to find the most comfortable position.
It takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge the earbuds.
Slide up and down the earbud stems to adjust the volume.
You can press and hold the force sensor on the Left earbud.
Press the force sensor once on the Left/Right earbud.
Press and hold the force sensor on the Right earbud.
Place both earbuds in the charging case and press the button on the case for 10 seconds until the indicator light blinks twice from left to right.
The indicators will flash while charging and they will stay on if fully-charged.
Over 10m/33ft.
Please try using a damp tissue to wipe the metal charging contact pins on the earbuds and the charging pins inside the charging case.
